1. Where is the meeting point?

The meeting point is Riva promenade, booking stand no. 3. The exact meeting point and time will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation.

2. How early should I arrive before departure?

We recommend arriving at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure to allow enough time for check-in and boarding.

3. What is included in the tour price?

Unless otherwise stated, the tour price includes:

  • Boat rental and professional skipper

  • Fuel

  • All port fees, taxes, and insurance

  • Bottled water

  • Safety equipment on board

Inclusions may vary depending on the tour type. Please always check the specific tour description.

4. What is not included in the price?

Typically, the following are not included:

  • Food and drinks (unless explicitly stated)

  • Lunch in restaurants

  • Personal expenses

  • Optional gratuities

  • Entrance fees (e.g. Blue Cave ticket, if applicable)

5. Are the tours suitable for children?

Yes, most of our tours are suitable for children. However, for safety reasons, we recommend checking the tour description or contacting us in advance if you are traveling with very young children.

6. Are the tours suitable for pregnant women?

Speedboat tours may not be suitable for pregnant women due to sea conditions and boat movement. We recommend consulting with us before booking.

7. What should I bring with me?

We recommend bringing:

  • Swimwear and a towel

  • Sunscreen and a hat

  • Sunglasses

  • Comfortable clothing

  • Cash for lunch or personal expenses

8. Can I bring my own food and drinks on board?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks on board.

9. What happens in case of bad weather?

In case of unfavorable weather or sea conditions, we reserve the right to modify the itinerary, reschedule the tour, or offer a full refund if the tour cannot be safely operated.

10. What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel the tour free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.

11. Is swimming mandatory during the tour?

No. Swimming is optional at all swim stops. Guests may stay on the boat if they prefer.

12. Are life jackets available on board?

Yes. Life jackets and all required safety equipment are available on board in accordance with maritime regulations.

13. How many people are on the boat?

The number of guests depends on the tour type and the boat. Group tours have a limited number of participants, while private tours are reserved exclusively for your group.

14. Is the tour accessible for people with limited mobility?

Due to the nature of speedboats, our tours may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Please contact us in advance to discuss your specific needs.
